Satish has over 5 + years of experience in Career counseling and student development training with 5 +  years of core engineering experience. Though he initially studied engineering, he always wanted to be a teacher to share his knowledge with students. He believes in the simple standard of living and sees himself as a lifelong learner.  While pursuing an engineering job, he joined several, basic and advanced counseling training to help other and worked as a freelance trainer in Mumbai. He is NSDC certified trainer for various QPs.

Later he discovered that he can contribute more by guiding students to discover their potential and possible best career goals. Initially, he began his career counseling journey work with well-known NGOs & after  4 years of experience, he started his work as a career counselor. He believes each child deserves guidance irrespective of their socio-economic condition. He has helped more than 500+ to plan their career and reached across thousands of student-parents through online and offline career awareness programs.

He is leading assignments in CSR & School career guidance projects along with his one-to-one career guidance services for individual students and professionals.
